Did my first formal coaching session today and it went very well, feedback was very positive It is surprising how many people get coaching and mentoring confused.
Missed my yoga class tonight as I had to work late :-(
Have a photo shoot this week , need to get nails painted (can't decide black or red) and glammed up in readiness.

- Hi - my name is Bea and I am a curious yogi. I can't imagine what my life or my health and wellbeing would be like today if I had not discovered yoga and meditation. Yoga has been a real journey of transformation. I was so blown away by the benefits of yoga and meditation, that I wanted to share my love of yoga with the rest of the world. I dream big!! So after practicing yoga for many years I decided to embark on a 500 Teacher Training course. That was 13 years ago. Fast forward and I now do the work I love, teaching yoga and running my own yoga studio in beautiful rural Norfolk helping others with their health, wellbeing and transformational journeys. I believe we never stop learning and with a previous career in Learning and Development and Consultancy and Corporate Coaching I really am a sponge when it comes to learning.
